Getting angry/sarcastic/bitter is pointless.
a) It helps in no way to make the situation better.
b) You cause a lot of damage to yourself and to those around you.
c) It makes you feel good. So, you might say why not lose your temper. But, you are getting cheated here. You stop thinking about the damage you cause after your high. Now you need to repair the original situation and the damage you did when you lost it. More work.
=>Either solve the situation or accept it.

If you want to release all that anger that is building up inside, dont show it on people. The best solution is a punching bag!
just in addition to that comment, i think some physical exertion is always good in such a situation, a game of squash, a good fast jog, maybe a couple of brisk laps at the loop ... something to get your mind off the issue and then ofcourse leave you too tired to think on it, and help you get a few good sleeps ... sleep over something enough, and i feel it doesnt bother you that much :)
